Katherine Johnson Promoted to Senior Guest Services Representative

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Katherine Johnson to Senior Guest Services Representative at Maritime Conference Center's front desk! In this position Katherine will take on added responsibilities to ensure the hotel front desk continues to run smoothly and efficiently!
 
Since Katherine’s first day in October, 2018, she has demonstrated her commitment to the improvement of our front desk processes and her willingness to take on more responsibility on a daily basis. Katherine is great with customers, coworkers and vendors. She is charming, funny and a wonderful example of a first impression at MCC.
