Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in our 500-seat buffet-style Chesapeake Dining Room daily. Start the day off right with a full hot breakfast buffet complete with made-to-order eggs and omelets. For lunch, enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables at our salad bar, our signature soups, grill items, gourmet sandwiches or hot entrees.

Chef's CornerExecutive Chef John Dunbar found his passion for cooking at a young age, watching his mother create dishes infused with Southern tradition. Her love for simple ingredients and comfort food helped to fuel Chef John’s excitement for culinary arts. In high school, he obtained an internship at Tre Jolie, a French café in Springfield, Virginia.
After graduating high school, Chef John continued his education through Johnson & Wales University, where he received an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management. |
